I reserve myself the right to deny any commission, without explanation.I take different commission types than the ones listed here. If you want something different please don't hesitate in messaging me with details. Prices may vary.+1 character = +80% of original price.
Backgrounds: Twirly color backgrounds are free. For figurative backgrounds please message me for price discussion.
Props: Clothing is free. Simple props such as cellphones, cups, and books are $2 each. More detailed ones such as musical instruments, weapons, and furniture start at $10 and may go up in price depending on complexity.

I mainly animate in 8 or 12fps, message me for discussing different frame ratios and their prices.

TERMS OF SERVICE
Before commissioning, please read my terms of service.
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to every term in here.All my terms of service and prices can be revised if you're an animation company looking for freelancers.Any innapropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you're rude to me your commission will be canceled and you will be refunded.Do not commission me if you're a racist, transphobe, homophobe, pedophile, zoophile, or another type of horrible person. If I ever find out you partake in these behaviours and your commision has not been delivered yet, it will be cancelled and you will be refunded and blocked.

My deadline for illustration commissions is up to two months. For animation commissions, I can't give a deadline without knowing the duration and complexity.
My illustration commissions go through the following phases: Thumbnails ⇝ Sketch ⇝ Lineart ⇝ Coloring ⇝ Post-processing.
My animation commissions go through the following phases: Layout ⇝ Rough ⇝ (Cleanup ⇝ Inbetweening) ⇝ Coloring ⇝ Post-processing.
I will send you work-in-progress updates at the end of each of these phases, and you must reply within 7 days. If you do not, I will assume you accept it and will continue work as if so. Rework requested after the 7-day period will cost extra.
Animation commissions will be delivered in .gif format, and/or .mp4 if requested by the client.
I may decline any commission before payment without giving explanations.
I will charge more if I believe your character has a complex design (especially for animation commissions).
For animation commissions, my minimum price is charging for 1 animated second, even if you want less than 1 second of animation.
I take payments beforehand through PayPal in USD. For Brazilians, PIX is also an option.
I will not work on your commission until payment has been processed, and will offer a refund only if I'm still in the thumbnails/layout phase.
If you do not get in touch with me 7 days after I sent you the invoice and have not paid, your commission will be cancelled and you will have to make another request if you still want it.
If you need the commission completed before a certain date, let me know, and we can negotiate whether or not it will cost extra.
I reserve the right to post your commission and use it as example on my portfolio, demo reel, and/or for sales, but if asked to refrain from posting for a while (for example, if the commission is a gift) I will wait before posting.
I do not take commissions for animating a full piece of audiovisual work on my own. I won't produce a long audiovisual piece for other person or organisation without a team or at least a director. (For example: music videos, short movies.)
Do NOT, under ANY circumstance, utilize my art for NFTs or feed it to Artificial Intelligence.
You may repost your commission and use it as an icon or banner, with given credit to me.
You can edit the finished commission as long as it is not a major edit. No color changes, no drawing on top.
You can use your commission on personal products.
You may NOT use your commission on products intended for sale. If you intend to use it for selling products, please state it on your order. Keep in mind, it will cost extra.
CUSTOM CHARACTER DESIGN / ADOPTABLES TERMS OF SERVICE
You may alter, edit, and change your character.
If you're purchasing an adoptable, I can make small changes on the design for free. Big lineart changes might cost a little extra.
You must ALWAYS credit me for being the original creator of the design, even if the design has been altered. You don't have to credit me in every piece you make, but if you make references or art folders with such character, credit me in the description.
If a refund is requested or other payment complications happen (that automatically refund the money to your account), I will regain the rights to the design and reserve the right to resell it.
You may not make other characters based on one of my designs.
You may resell the design after 7 days of purchasing it from me, but not for more than you paid for it, unless it includes extra artwork. Please inform me if you resell it.

How to Order
Send me a DM with all of the following information:Commission Type: animation, illustration, other (please describe it!). Headshot, bust, or fullbody.
Character Reference: Your character's reference sheet and/or other reference of it. Can be pictures. If the commission is for a custom design, a moodboard and picture references are always welcome.
Pose and Composition: Images are highly welcome for this. Send me references for the character's pose and/or for the image's composition if you want to specify it. Also please let me know if you want any prop(object) with your character. If you have a pose or composition in mind but can't find a picture for reference, please try at least sketching it with stick figures! Also, do not use other contemporary visual artist's images for this. I will NOT copy nor use a contemporary artist's composition work as direct reference. Historic drawings and paintings (at least 100 years old) are ok.
Desired format/s: Illustration commissions may be delivered in .png, .jpeg or .pdf. Animation commissions may be delivered in .gif, .mp4, or as a .png sequence, whichever you prefer.
Anything Else? Backgrounds, expressions, preferences, anything else. For animation commissions, please state duration. If you're not sure, I can gladly help you choosing it._________________Steps of a Commission
1. You send me the DM with all of the information above.
2. After you send me the DM I will read it and confirm it or deny it in my time. If I confirm it, I will also send you a paypal invoice. For custom commissions and animation commissions, I will DM you the price for your confirmation before sending the invoice.
3. If your order is an illustration, I will send you composition thumbnails for approval. If your order is an animation, I will send you the layout of the movements for approval.
4. After approval, I will continue sending you WIPs for every phase, as stated in my Terms of Service.
5. When it is finished, I will mail it to you.
